Coote Engineering have many years of experience in designing and manufacturing custom built precast concrete machinery and moulds. Since Coote began in 1977, we have designing, manufacturing and fitting machines to suit the individual needs of our clients with a range of custom machines and systems producing products all over the world.
2m x 2m Slab Production System
Coote Engineering designed and manufactured a system for manufacturing 2m x 2m Concrete slabs in Europe. This system has an exact weight dosing system, automated handling and demoulding to ensure the minimal number of operators is required.
Pole Basement Production
A specialised solution was designed and manufactured for a company in Scandinavia for the production of lighting pole basements. A unique filling system coupled with a specially design handler is used to manufacture the products.
Weighed Wet Cast Doser
A wet cast product requiring accuracy of dosing was designed and manufactured for a company in England. This special dosing hopper consisted of weigh cells that negatively weighed the concrete out of the hopper. This was an automatic process.
Dry Cast Wall Panel Production
Coote Engineering design and manufactured a dry cast process of manufacturing a precast wall panel with an imprint on both sides. This was for a customer in America.
Septic Tank Production
A customer in Ireland specified a desire to manufacture large septic tanks by using the dry cast method. Coote Engineering designed and manufactured a machine to do just that.
Inter-locking block mould Production
Coote Engineering designed and manufactured a dry cast process for manufacturing Inter-locking block mould products for a customer in Europe.
Tilting Tables
